Update Subscription for NeuroGuide

Want to install and use the latest release of NeuroGuide and your Update Subscription has expired or your 1 year of free NeuroGuide software updates has run it course then purchase a NeuroGuide Update Subscription.  After you purchase the NeuroGuide Update Subscription you can download and install the latest releases of our NeuroGuidesoftware for 1 year. Not sure if your NeuroGuide Update Subscription has expired.. then Open NeuroGuide click on Help and then select License Information.  The Update Subscription Expiration date will be above the Customer ID or at the bottom of the License Information window, depending on what version on NeuroGuide you are currently using.

NeuroGuide 2.0 was released on October 26, 2004 which marked the beginning of a new line of NeuroGuide upgrades that are only available to those who purchased NeuroGuide after October 25, 2003.

The NeuroGuide 1.8.x series marked the last free update for those who purchased NeuroGuide prior to version 1.8.x. Because of the expense to continually upgrade NeuroGuide it became necessary to charge a $600/year Upgrade Subscription to all users who want to receive updates beyond the initial one year of free updates included with the purchase of NeuroGuide.

As of January 1, 2015 the policy of Applied Neuroscience, Inc. changed; after the purchase of a primary single or 1st user’s license is issued a second NeuroGuide user license is available at 50% of the full price along with those Add-ons that were originally purchase at full price.. However, a 3rd NeuroGuide License will be issued at full price and a 4th license will now be a 50% charge of the full price including those Add-ons that were originally purchase at full price to the same single user.

The policy of Applied Neuroscience, Inc. still remains, for user’s who purchased NeuroGuide prior to January 1st, 2015, in which a primary single user’s license is issued and a free and renewable second license is issued in instances where a single-user wants to run NeuroGuide on a laptop at home and a desktop at work, etc. However, there will now be a 50% charge of the full price including Add-ons for a 3rd license to the same single user and the full price will be charged for a 4th license.

A discount for a site license is available where greater than four NeuroGuide systems are used, contact us at qeeg@appliedneuroscience.com for pricing.

The NeuroGuide Add-ons such as NeuroStat, NeuroBatch, Discriminant Functions, LORETA norms and the Brain Performance Index, Neural Network Injury Index just to name a few, are integrated within NeuroGuide. This means that future upgrades of the Add-ons will require joining the upgrade subscription service at a charge of $600/year. Note the same applies to anyone intending using the Automatic Clinic Report Writer that has a version of NeuroGuide prior to 2.8.3.

You can pay by check or credit card. Please email us and after you have joined the upgrade subscription service we will email back a Key B for the latest release of NeuroGuide.

For those who do not want further updates of NeuroGuide at this time (including NeuroGuide 1.8.1), your licenses are still valid for the version of NeuroGuide that you purchased, but remember:

To save the installation files or the Zip folder of your licensed version of NeuroGuide and rename the NeuroGuide folder (for your Licensed version of NG) prior to downloading and install the latest version of NeuroGuide. Please remember: You can download and install newer versions of NeuroGuide to check out new features and/or Add-Ons in Demo mode, but not for actual use.
