Comments:
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture, if you have one, is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How Long We Retain Your Data:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where We Send Your Data:
The information gathered from one of our embedded Download Forms is securely sent to our WuFoo account and is stored on one of their secure servers. Then the relevant inform pertaining to each form is sent to our MailChimp Account on one of their Secure servers. We do not share any of the information we collect via our Download Forms with a Third Party. You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” or “Customer Service Request” or “Pure Chat Emails” request, as well as, administrative, maintenance and operational emails.
The information gathered from our Contact Us form or our Customer Service Request Form is securely sent to our WuFoo account and is stored on one of their secure servers. The inform submitted on each form is then sent to our Company email address so one of our Sales or Customer Service Representatives may respond to your request. We do not share any of the information we collect via our Contact Us form or our Customer Service Request Form with a Third Party.

Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

Our Site also uses the following social media plugins Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to enable you to easily share information with others. We Collect Information About You During the Checkout Process
While You Visit Our Online Store, We Will Track:
Products you have viewed: we will use this to, for example, show you products you have recently viewed.

Who on Our Team has Access to Your Private Information:
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us.
The CEO, the Executive Assistant and the Administrator can access Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information (if applicable). They also, have access to this information to help fulfill orders and process refunds.
Our Sales and Customer Support team members are then provided the Customer name, email address and what was purchased to help activate Licenses or any Add-on(s) that were purchased.
Our Sales and Customer Support team members have access to any customer information that is on our ANI Server, to help provide support for your License(s). This information may contain, the Customer’s first & last name, the name of the company, the mailing address, email address, phone number, website URL and the name of the Distributor (if applicable). The Customers ID, NeuroGuide License ID and any add-on or per-use items & available uses (if any) that are associated with said NeuroGuide License ID, NeuroLink Pro Login ID and the number of available uses, if any.
What We Share with Others to Process Your Order:
We only share your information with the third party that helps us fill your order for any equipment, including but not limited to headsets, that you have purchased from ANI, if and only if, said the third party supplier is required to have the Customer’s name, mailing address and email address for their FDA records. If the customer has purchased Onsite training from one of the Headset vendor’s we will also, provide the customer’s phone number, if necessary.
Payments:
We accept Credit Card and TelCheck Payments which are processed by First Data via the Payeezy gateway. Some of your data will be passed through the Payeezy gateway, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
