You need to download and install the FTDI driver so that the CGX will work. You can download and install the driver from this link:

Once the file is downloaded, extract it by right clicking on the .zip file and selecting Extract All…
Open the CDM212364_Setup folder (if it is not open)
Then right click on the CDM212364_Setup.exe file and select Run as administrator, then:
- click on Extract,
- click on Next,
- accept the License Agreement
